What is The Lotto Winners Club?
An independent lottery ticket courier. At your request we arrange the purchase of official Oregon Lottery tickets from an authorized retailer on your behalf. We are not the Oregon Lottery. Our Oregon courier authorization is still in process, so ordering is not open yet.
Can I join a Team or Pool?
Not in Oregon yet. Oregon updated its courier rules in 2026, and we will offer Teams and Pools only if our attorney confirms they are permitted as designed. Personal ticket orders do not depend on that review.
How would a Team work?
A Powerball Team has 26 positions and a Mega Millions Team 24, one per bonus-ball number. Every position plays the same five main numbers with its own bonus ball. All Team winnings are split equally among its members. We hold no position and take no share. See the Team Prize Sharing Agreement.
What would a full Team guarantee?
One of its plays will match the bonus ball, so the Team wins at least the smallest prize: $4 for Powerball, $10 to $50 for Mega Millions. That is far less than what the Team costs, so it is coverage, not profit, and the jackpot is never guaranteed.
What does it cost?
The Oregon Lottery ticket price ($2.00 Powerball, $5.00 Mega Millions) plus our $0.50 service fee per ticket, shown separately before you confirm. We never charge a fee to pay a prize or to withdraw.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer into your member wallet, through our payment provider, once deposits open. Each order is paid from your wallet balance.
Who can play?
Adults 18 and older who are physically in Oregon, outside tribal lands, when they order. You do not need to live in Oregon.
Do I get to see my ticket?
Yes. We scan the front and back of every ticket into your account, and you can ask us to deliver it to you to claim a prize, with no delivery fee.
How do I get my money out?
Withdraw your available balance to your verified bank account. There is no withdrawal fee.
