1. Adults only

Ordering is limited to adults 18 and older. We verify age before any order and close any account we find belongs to someone under 18.

2. Oregon location

You may place an Oregon order only while physically in Oregon and outside tribal lands. We check your device location, compared against your network location, before every order. A passing check lasts 15 minutes. Attempting to disguise your location can lead to suspension or closure.

3. Spending limits

You can set daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits. A lower limit takes effect immediately.

4. Cooling-off and self-exclusion

You can pause your account for a cooling-off period or exclude yourself from the service. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the period you chose ends. While excluded, you cannot place orders. We will honor an Oregon statewide self-exclusion program if one applies to couriers.

Spending limits, cooling-off, and self-exclusion will be available in your account before ordering opens. Until then, contact support to set them.

5. Advertising

We do not aim lottery advertising at anyone under 18 or outside Oregon, and we never describe lottery play as an investment, a source of income, or a guaranteed profit. Any description of a Team's bonus-ball coverage also states that it does not guarantee a profit, the return of ticket costs, or any member's payout.
