Services, Pricing & Refund Policy
Our service
The Lotto Winners Club, LLC is an independent lottery ticket courier service for Oregon. At your request, we buy official Oregon Lottery draw-game tickets from an authorized Oregon Lottery retailer on your behalf, scan the front and back of each ticket into your online account, and keep the paper ticket safe for you. We are not the Oregon Lottery and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the State of Oregon or the Oregon State Lottery.
Orders are open only to adults 18 and older who are physically in Oregon, outside tribal lands, when they order. Ordering and deposits are not open yet. They will open once our Oregon authorization and payment provider are in place.

- The ticket price is set by the Oregon Lottery. We never mark it up.
- The ticket price and our service fee are shown as separate items before you confirm any order.
- No fee to withdraw, to receive a refund, or to be paid a prize.
- We never take any portion or percentage of your winnings.
Refund & cancellation policy
- Orders we cannot fill are refunded in full. If we cannot buy a ticket you ordered for any reason (for example a missed cut-off, a retailer or terminal outage, or a purchase limit), no ticket is bought and the full amount, including our service fee, is returned to your wallet.
- Issued tickets are final. Once an authorized retailer has issued your ticket, the sale is final under Oregon Lottery rules. It cannot be canceled or refunded because you changed your mind or picked the wrong numbers. Please review your numbers before you confirm.
- Unspent wallet balance is refundable. Money in your wallet that you have not spent can be refunded to your linked bank account on request, at any time, with no fee. Refunds are subject to identity verification, bank transfer settlement, and our payment provider's requirements.
- Wrong ticket? If a ticket image in your account does not match your order, contact us right away.
