Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights under Oregon law.
Last updated October 5, 2026 · Version 2026-10-05.4 · Draft
Information we collect
- Account details: email address, display name, and phone number if you provide one.
- Identity and age verification: legal name, date of birth, address or region of residence, ID type, an image of your government-issued photo ID, and verification results.
- Location: your precise device location (only with your permission, at the moment of a location check) and the IP address of each request.
- Payments: bank details are entered with our payment provider, not stored by us. We keep the provider's reference for each transaction and your wallet ledger.
- Lottery activity: orders, number selections, ticket images, Team and Pool participation, prizes, and claims.
- Records of the agreements you accept: document, version, time, and the order or drawing it applied to.
- Responsible-play settings, such as spending limits and self-exclusion status.
- Device, browser, security, and log data.
- Messages you send us, including through our website assistant and phone line.
How we use it
We use this information to verify eligibility; process orders and wallet transactions; keep ticket records and images; credit winnings; complete tax reporting; prevent fraud and attempts to get around our limits; meet Lottery, retailer, payment, banking, and legal obligations; provide support; secure and improve the service; and send notices you opt into.
Sensitive information
Your precise location and identity documents are sensitive information under Oregon law. We ask for your consent before collecting them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Because the law requires these checks before every order, withdrawing consent means you cannot place orders.
Who we share it with
- Authorized Oregon Lottery retailers that fulfill orders.
- Identity, age, location, and fraud-prevention providers.
- Our bank-payment provider (Trustly) and our banks.
- Database and authentication hosting (Supabase) and website hosting (Vercel).
- Email delivery, our phone answering service, and an AI model provider that processes messages sent to our website assistant.
- Professional advisers, auditors, and insurers bound by confidentiality.
- The Oregon Lottery, tax authorities, regulators, or law enforcement, when the law requires it.
Sale of data and advertising
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we will never sell your precise location.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, secure your session, and run location checks. We measure overall site traffic with Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, so there is nothing to opt out of today. If that ever changes, we will add a working opt-out first.
Member-to-member isolation
Members can never view another member's balance, contact details, or activity. Team rosters are visible only to authorized staff.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. We keep records only as long as Lottery, tax, financial, and anti-fraud rules require, then securely delete them.
Counsel review required · A written retention schedule will be set with counsel and our providers.
Your privacy rights
Under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your information; access it and get a copy; correct it; delete it; learn which third parties receive it; and opt out of its sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. Some records must be kept by law even after a deletion request. We respond within 45 days. Email us to make a request.
Children
Our service is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to place orders, and we delete information we learn was collected from a minor.
