Orders, Cancellations, Ticket Delivery & Prize Claims Policy
What happens between your order and a paid prize.
Last updated October 5, 2026 · Version 2026-10-05.4 · Draft
1. Order status
Submitting an order does not create a lottery ticket. An order moves through these stages:
- Requested: you confirmed the order and your wallet was charged.
- Purchased: an authorized Oregon Lottery retailer issued the physical ticket, and we linked it to your order.
- Scanned: the front and back images are in your account.
Only a purchased ticket is a lottery ticket.
2. Cut-offs
Our order cut-off may be earlier than the Lottery's, to leave time to buy the ticket. An order received after our cut-off is declined unless you chose the next drawing.
3. Cancellations and failed orders
Once a ticket is issued, the sale is final under Oregon Lottery rules. It cannot be canceled because you changed your mind or picked the wrong numbers.
If we cannot buy a ticket you ordered for any reason, no ticket is bought and the full amount, including our service fee, is returned to your wallet. Examples include a missed cut-off, a retailer or terminal outage, or a purchase limit. That is a return of an unfulfilled order, not a refund of an issued ticket.
4. Check your order
Review your numbers before confirming. If a ticket image does not match your order, contact support right away.
5. Ticket images
We scan the front and back of every issued ticket and add the images to your account within the period Oregon requires. An image is a copy for your records. It does not replace official validation or, where required, the physical ticket.
6. Physical ticket delivery
You may ask us to deliver a ticket to you so you can claim a prize. We do not charge a delivery fee. We will verify your identity and address and use secure delivery.
7. Winning notices
We notify you of a winning ticket within the time Oregon's courier rule requires after we confirm the win. Official validation controls.
8. Smaller prizes
Where we or the retailer are permitted to redeem a smaller prize, the proceeds are credited to your wallet, or for a Team or Pool, shared under its agreement. We never deduct a fee or a percentage.
9. Larger prizes
Any single winning ticket of $600 or more is held for a manual claim and needs identity verification and tax documentation. Larger prizes, including every jackpot, may require you to claim directly from the Oregon Lottery with the physical ticket, in person, with identification and tax information.
Counsel review required · Counsel to confirm the claim thresholds and procedures that should appear in these public terms.
10. Claim deadline
Oregon draw-game prizes generally must be claimed within one year of the drawing; the game's rules and official Lottery instructions control. Please cooperate promptly with any claim.
11. Team and Pool prizes
Team and Pool prizes are handled under the applicable Prize Sharing Agreement. Large shared prizes may require documents from each member and the Oregon Lottery's involvement.
