Nothing on this website or in a transaction through The Lotto Winners Club gives rise to liability of the State of Oregon, the Oregon State Lottery, the Oregon State Lottery Commission, or their officials or employees.
Oregon orders may be placed only by eligible adults 18 or older who are physically located in Oregon, and outside tribal lands, at the time of the order.
The lottery ticket price and our service fee are separate, and both are shown before you confirm an order.
We do not charge a fee to pay a prize and do not take any portion or percentage of lottery winnings.

Before you confirm an order
Before final confirmation, we show you: the game and drawing; the number of plays; the Lottery's ticket price; any game add-ons; our service fee as a separate line item; the total; the cut-off time; your location check result; and links to these terms. We also remind you that a request is not a ticket until it is issued through an authorized Lottery terminal.
Tickets and prizes
Ticket images are copies for your records. The physical ticket and official Oregon Lottery validation decide any prize. We notify you of a confirmed winning ticket and offer to deliver the ticket to you for claiming, with no delivery fee.
