How a Pool would work and how its winnings would be split.

Oregon legal hold
Pools are not available in Oregon, and Pool payments are not built. This agreement describes how Pools are designed to work so our attorney can review them.
Counsel review required · Oregon amended its courier rule (OAR 177-040-0053), effective May 1, 2026, to prohibit a courier from selling an interest in a Lottery ticket or operating a matching service. Our attorney must decide whether Teams and Pools are permitted as designed, must be restructured, or cannot be offered in Oregon. Until then, Teams and Pools are not available in Oregon, and the site cannot charge anyone for them.
1. What a Pool is
A Pool is a group of ticket plays for one game and one drawing, whose prizes are shared under the formula below. Unlike a Team, a Pool does not cover every bonus-ball number and does not promise any winning play. A member may hold more than one play in a Pool.
2. Size limits
A Pool has no preset member cap, but purchases are never unlimited. We may stop entries at any time to stay within Oregon's 3% single-drawing limit, retailer capacity, game cut-offs, payment limits, responsible-play controls, or other legal requirements.
3. Agreement
Before you enter a Pool, you are shown this agreement and must accept it. We record the agreement version, the time, your member ID, the Pool, and the drawing.
4. How winnings are shared
100% of a Pool's prizes go to its members; we take no share. Each member's share equals their number of plays in the Pool divided by the Pool's total plays for that drawing. Example: if you hold 5 of a Pool's 100 plays, you receive 5% of its winnings. Leftover cents go one at a time to members in the order they entered.
Counsel review required · Counsel to approve the final allocation and leftover-cent rule.
5. No guaranteed win
Pooling gives the group more plays together but does not guarantee any prize, profit, or return.
6. Claims, taxes, and changes
Claims, tax reporting, and wallet credits follow the Ticket & Prize Claims Policy. Once Pool tickets are issued, entries cannot be removed or converted to personal tickets. If an entry is not fulfilled, its full amount is returned to your wallet.
